    Welcome to the largest gay friendly church directory in the world! Would you

    like to add your Christian church to this list or modify a church that is already

    listed? If so email us at G.A.L.I.P.. We will need your church name,

    location, denomination, web site url (if you have one) and a contact email

    address. Physical and email address are for our records only.

 

    All churches listed represent themselves in some form or fashion as welcoming

    Christian church (i.e. gay friendly). "Welcoming" means that the church does

    not view homosexuality in and of itself as a sin and therefore they would

    welcome and treat a homosexual person no differently than any other person

    who walked through their church doors seeking Christ.

 

   "Welcoming" does not necessarily mean that the church is allowed to ordain

    gay ministers, perform holy unions etc... These issues are usually set at the

    denominational level and are, many times, outside of the auspices of the

    individual church.

   

    A word of caution however. While we work hard to validate that these

   churches are indeed welcoming we cannot be 100% sure that they are. In some

   cases, gaychurch.org is only passing along material from various church

   organizations etc. that stipulates that these churches are welcoming (public

   domain information). If this information proves to be incorrect or you would like

   to add a church to this list, or make changes to information already listed. Please

   contact G.A.L.I.P. and let us know.

 

    If a congregation has a web site we have attempted to link to it. Gaychurch.org

    is not responsible for the content of these churches web sites. Nor do our

    beliefs necessarily correspond with the beliefs held by many of these  

    congregations. There is much diversity of beliefs within the Body of Christ.

 

   List is updated on an almost daily basis. For the major revisions to the directory

   see the archives. Also, help us 'get the word out'! Contact your local library

   today and ask them to stock more gay affirming Christian books! Change the
